Thanks to the Mia Maids for making this activity a success. Especially to Joel and John who taught and led the activity. We appreciate them taking the time to do this for us. It looked like everyone had fun.

that was a pretty cool activity. i've never played ultimate frisbee before.
It would have been more fun if the older kids would have actually passed the frisbee to me!!!
